Impatience and Lack of Persistance

 

So lets be serious...

 

If you really thought you were going to look like a 'size zero' Hollywood Starlet after just a couple weeks, you are in for a big disappointment.

 

What you must understand is that every woman's body shape and size is individual to themselves, so by setting unrealistic goals, is just setting yourself up to fail.

 

 

 

f you have tried dieting before (and I am sure you have!) and feel like you have failed, it's maybe that your diet plan was either to confusing, to drawn out, it made unrealistic claims or just tasted damned disgusting.

 

What you need, is a simple to follow plan, an understanding that your goals won't be achieved overnight, combined with determination and persistance to make sure you succeed.

 

I have already given you some pretty easy tips to follow - ideas as simple as drinking water and walking - this is not rocket science. But what you now need to do is to make a realistic plan and put it into continuous action.

Don't Tell Yourself It Won't Work

 

So where do you see yourself?

 

Are you just going to follow these tips for week or so and then claim they don't work and just give up like before, or are you going to take action and become one of the very few who decide that enough is enough and say "I am going to do this".

 

It really makes me ecstatic TO KNOW that 10% of the people who say "I am going to do this" will do exactly what they say and succeed.
