Lose 5 Pounds In 2 Weeks-By Drinking A Glass Of Water Before Dinner

This method is so simple that I find it hard to believe that more people don't think of this, let alone recommend it. It may seem to obvious once you read it but I have advised many people who then went on to use this technique and were impressed by it's simplicity.

 

You'll Be Reeling When You Realize

 

It's very simply Drink a Large glass of water 30 minutes before you eat.

 

Don't eat just before a meal as that will leave you feeling bloated and could give you stomach cramps.

 

Doing so will quench your thirst and help kill a bit of your hunger, so when you do eat 30 minutes later, you'll be less hungry, will eat less, and ultimately help you lose weight.

 

Drinking water before meals will help you get that “full feeling” a lot faster.
