It's very simply Drink a Large glass of water 30 minutes before you eat.
Don't eat just before a meal as that will leave you feeling bloated and could give you stomach cramps.
Doing so will quench your thirst and help kill a bit of your hunger, so when you do eat 30 minutes later, you'll be less hungry, will eat less, and ultimately help you lose weight.
